Thank you!As the HHQI National Campaign’s third phase concludes today, the HHQI National Campaign team would like to take a moment to thank each and every campaign participant for the remarkable accomplishments you’ve made by uniting with the shared vision of improved home Thank you!health quality for the nation’s Medicare patients.

During this phase, the campaign has grown to more than 11,000 individual participants, hosted nearly 15,000 live viewers during our Webinar broadcasts, and tracked more than a hundred thousand downloads of our new Phase 3 Best Practice Intervention Packages (BPIPs) and associated resources. This enthusiasm is a clear indicator of the passion that everyone in this setting has for patients they serve. We thank each and every one of you so much for joining us on this ongoing journey to provide the highest quality care possible.

We would also like to sincerely thank all of HHQI’s Phase 3 partners, including the campaign’s Stakeholder Work Committee, Network Coordinators, Cardiac Council and others for making HHQI Phase 3 such a resounding success. And most of all thank the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the wonderful opportunities afforded by offering the HHQI National Campaign since 2007.

Although the campaign enters a brief static period August 1, details on its next phase will be available soon.
